LOCATION

The Manors is located in Fort Bend County on Riverstone Boulevard, off Highway 6, just west of University Boulevard (Murphy Road/FM 1092).

DESCRIPTION

The Manors is a Luxury Townhome Community within Riverstone, a 2,800 - acre Master Planned Community which will be home to over 16,000 residents.  Designed as a mixed-use community to include single family homes, townhomes, and patio homes priced from the $200s to over $3 million, Riverstone features two miles of frontage along the Brazos River and over 50 acres of commercial frontage on Highway 6, with additional commercial sites on University Boulevard and Riverstone Boulevard.  Over half of the community is forested with large pecan trees and other hardwoods with over 500 acres devoted to open space, parks and recreational facilities.

Riverstone is located in the Fort Bend Independent School District. Phase One of Riverstone is served by Austin Parkway Elementary School, First Colony Middle School, and Clements High School, all winners of the 2003 TEA Gold Performance Acknowledgement Awards enacted by the Texas Legislature to acknowledge districts and campuses for high performance. Each campus is located within minutes of the community. Riverstone's master plan calls for three Fort Bend ISD schools to be built within the community.
